On March 31, 2003, we received permission for Bob Schneider's shows to be hosted at the Archive:
Diana,
You have our permission to host these noncommercial general public live show
downloads with the general provision that Bob Schneider reserves the right
to have them removed at any time.
Update 2/3/05: We learned that FRUNK recordings may be purchased after a concert, with each show made available for purchase that night only.
Travis confirmed with Bob for us that these may be traded or archived after purchase, as Travis reported, "No problem uploading the shows. Thank you for checking to be sure."
All Bob Schneider FRUNK shows are recorded and mixed by Travis Hatem, Tour Manager/Audio engineer for Bob Schneider. If uploading these recordings, please give Travis proper credit in all source notes. Thanks!

RECORDING/TAPING POLICY FOR BOB SCHNEIDER:
Bob encourages the audio taping and trading of his live performances, under the following guidelines:
A) Recordings are for personal use and trading only. Please do not buy or sell Bob's live shows. Digital taping (DAT, MiniDisc, etc) is preferred to increase the quality of the shows that are circulated. There is a lossless trading policy. This means that you are not to encode the recordings into MP3, Ogg Vorbis, or ANY other lossy format. Any lossless format is permitted and more information on these can be found on http://www.archive.org. Examples of acceptable formats include SHN, FLAC, APE, and Audio (WAV). Selling and/or commercializing any recording of Bob's show is prohibited and illegal. Violation of this policy will result in jeopardizing recording privileges for everyone.
B) Opening vs. headlining taping policy.
"if the headlining band does NOT allow taping, then taping is prohibited".
C) No recording equipment/electricity will be provided; You are
responsible for having all the necessary equipment.
D) Soundboard feeds will NOT be provided.
E) In no way should your recording of the show, or efforts thereof, dampen or affect the concert experience for the other fans in attendance. A fan's show experience should never be impeded by microphones or stands.
